Rates

Companies take part in INFOPOL I XPO112 as an exhibitor at a very favourable rate, divided into 2 parts:  

• Hire price of bare floor stand area of € 97/m² 
  • Supplement for a corner stand (2 open sides): € 200
  • Supplement for a head stand (3 open sides): € 300
  • Supplement for an isle stand (4 open sides): € 500
    
    
• Fixed participation fee of € 600, including:
• mentioning on the website
• mentioning in the catalogue of the fair
• 3 exhibitors' badges per 16m²
• 3 rubbish bags
• 1 fire extinguisher
• invitation cards
• posters
• use of the communication services of Kortrijk Xpo
• use of the visitors' registration system
• Lead scanning app - Smartphone application to scan the visitors’ badge and to obtain their data.

There are a limited number of sponsor packages available

The floor plan of INFOPOL I XPO112 provides in standard surfaces of 12m² (4x3m) and 16m² (4x4m). These surfaces can be extended or adjusted in length and width, depending on the location.
